Emapta Philippines is hiring a Property Management Accountant to support U.S. multifamily real estate clients from a remote, night-shift setup.

You will handle property financials, variance analysis, reconciliations, and GAAP reporting to generate reliable business insights. This full-time role offers permanent work-from-home, a salary range of PHP 39,000 to PHP 64,000, night differential pay, and perks like HMO coverage, training, and gym access across Ortigas and Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with GAAP knowledge.
• 1–3 years of related experience, preferably in multifamily property management.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and ability to work in a cross-border, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for lenders and owners.
• Monitor monthly accruals and adjust as necessary.
• Review budget-to-actual variances and post journal entries to correct discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile balance sheet activity and maintain fixed assets.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
• Ensure timely recording of lender payments and taxes; approve invoices as needed.
• Identify process improvements and implement tools to increase efficiency.
