Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for lenders and owners.
• Monitor monthly accruals and perform necessary adjustments.
• Review budget-to-actual variances and post journal entries.
• Record and reconcile balance sheet activity and depreciation/amortization.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
