Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage the accounting activities for multiple properties, ensuring timely financial reporting and accurate journal entries. You will reconcile bank statements, prepare statements, and support budgeting processes while coordinating with the Property Management Team and vendors.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to handle 30+ properties, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, financial statements, journal entries, and basic accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete monthly financial statements for up to 30+ assigned properties by established deadlines.
• Reconcile multiple monthly bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and prepare financial summaries.
• Monitor bank balances and identify funding requirements or potential account issues.
• Process investment requests and bank transfers.
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
• Create and maintain budget templates for assigned properties.
• Update annual, mid-year, and phased budgets as required.
• Update financial records based on assessment changes.
• Maintain organized electronic files and accounting records for assigned properties.
• Follow established accounting procedures and internal processes.
• Provide accounting support to the Property Management Team.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Respond to emails and phone calls within established service-level expectations.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Complete special projects and other accounting tasks as assigned.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
