Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) seeks a Project Manager (Digital & AdOps) to coordinate campaigns and operations from a home-based Philippine setup, working with the London Lead PM.

You will track timelines, allocate resources, maintain docs, and ensure quality across Sales, Strategy and Ad Operations, bridging time zones in a full-time role. This position emphasizes proactive risk management and client-focused reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency, advertising, media, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and task-tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital media, advertising, or AdOps workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with the Lead Project Manager and wider team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of digital advertising and campaign operations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between Sales, Strategy, and Ad Operations teams.
• Assist with resource allocation, task assignment, and workload tracking across projects.
• Prepare and maintain project status updates and reports for key client accounts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag potential delays, issues, or risks.
• Maintain accurate project and process documentation.
• Support consistent quality control throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables and requirements are clearly understood and completed.
• Work closely with the Lead Project Manager in London to support smooth project execution and team operations.
