MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Campaign Lead to guide day-to-day Ad Operations and supervise a talented team in a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. This role emphasizes leadership, client-facing governance, and delivering high-quality digital campaigns.

You will coordinate delivery, monitor performance, coach staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet client expectations while maintaining strong internal standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Three years hands-on Ad Operations experience required.
• Experience supervising or leading an operational team.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong English, leadership, and client-facing skills.
