MicroSourcing is seeking a knowledgeable Digital Marketing Lead based in the Philippines to drive client conversations, design scalable digital ad solutions, and lead onboarding for new partnerships. The role emphasizes expert knowledge in ad operations, media planning support, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote, night-shift setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital advertising and ad operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with campaign setup, trafficking, QA, tracking validation, pacing, monitoring and reporting.
• Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms and ability to translate client needs into actionable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Digital Marketing subject matter expert in client conversations.
• Lead discovery to understand objectives, media plans and tracking requirements.
• Document requirements and translate them into practical service designs.
• Lead implementations and onboarding of new Digital Marketing partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure launch-readiness and ongoing delivery.
• Guide delivery teams on platform setup, trafficking procedures and QA processes.
• Provide practice- and training-related guidance for new delivery teams.
