Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to lead SEM strategy across multiple client campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Performance Media Manager to shape channel selection, budgets and messaging, delivering strong ROI while aligning with client brands. You will develop in-depth client insights, optimize paid campaigns, and support junior team members.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of search engine marketing.
• Four or more years’ experience managing search engine marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• A solid grasp of general marketing principles and the ability to think as a marketer.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data across reports and digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Reliable home office setup and availability during local business hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan search engine marketing campaign structures tied to each client’s marketing plan (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels including Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Display and programmatic.
• Manage SEM projects end to end: builds, optimization, budget, bid strategy, performance analysis, ad testing and reporting.
• Use Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to build customised reports showing campaign performance.
• Assist with training and development of junior digital marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with SEO team to balance paid and organic search delivery.
• Develop forecasts, audits and tailored insights for potential clients.
• Present campaign performance and strategy to clients in regular video meetings.
