Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to lead digital marketing operations, client engagements, and onboarding for remote, night-shift work from the Philippines. You will coordinate with Delivery, Sales, and Client Success teams to define requirements, translate them into practical service delivery, and guide launches from discovery to stabilization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital advertising and ad operations within a BPO setting, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in digital advertising, esp. ad operations.
• 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
• Strong ability to discuss campaign workflows, platforms, controls, and solutions with clients.
• Excellent English communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Digital Marketing subject matter expert in conversations with clients.
• Lead discovery to understand objectives, media plans, platforms, trafficking, reporting needs, and requirements.
• Document requirements and translate them into service recommendations and delivery models.
• Lead implementations and onboarding for new partnerships and guide delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and project success.
• Develop training and readiness materials for new delivery teams.
