Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking an Amazon Account Specialist to manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, catalog management, listing QA, and backend maintenance for a US-based brand. You will work with the eCommerce lead to ensure accurate listings, timely updates, and healthy account performance.

The role is fully remote in the Philippines, with training overlapped hours and potential flexible scheduling after onboarding, including a 4-hour overlap with US EST mornings.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central operations, catalog management, or account support.
• Strong experience with listing QA, backend updates, variation fixes, flat files, and catalog troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Amazon support cases and following issues through to resolution.
• Strong understanding of account health, suppressed listings, buy box concerns, and inventory monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and QA Amazon listings to ensure product details, images, content, variations, and backend information are accurate.
• Identify and resolve listing issues, including suppressed products, variation errors, buy box concerns, and backend changes.
• Upload new product images and updated content via Seller Central or in-platform tools.
• Monitor account health, inventory status, Subscribe & Save, and other programs to keep products active and accurate.
• Support day-to-day Amazon operations and complete assigned tasks.
• Use Google Workspace, Asana, and internal docs to track tasks and updates.
• Set up and QA Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Vine enrollments, and Best Deals.
• Track product reviews and seller feedback; flag negative trends and manage reviews per policy.
• Create and maintain SOPs for recurring Amazon workflows.
