Job summary

Ethos is seeking a procurement and vendor management lead to help train a foundational AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own RFP/RFQ processes, vendor evaluation, and contract reviews, delivering precise, well-crafted documents and SLAs. Flexible, remote, 5–20 hours per week with a start ASAP.

You will collaborate on spend analysis, vendor risk assessments, and category strategy to maximize savings and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level documentation, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier-management processes to train AI models on documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
• Draft and evaluate RFPs and RFQs and negotiate or review vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Prepare spend-analysis reports, vendor risk assessments, and category strategy and savings-pipeline reviews.
