Job summary

Execo seeks an experienced Procurement Lead to design and implement our procurement policy, setup vendor registries, and create standard templates. You will own technology procurement for IT hardware and software, manage cross-border purchasing, and lead office lease negotiations in coordination with Legal and Finance.

The role requires 6+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and experience in a multinational setting. Metro Manila based with a fixed day shift.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement or purchasing with 2+ years managing function
• Experience setting up procurement processes from scratch
• Direct experience buying IT hardware and software at volume
• Proven cross-border purchasing across at least two countries
• Experience negotiating office leases or facilities contracts
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; able to build trackers/reports
• Excellent written English for vendors and executives across time zones

Responsibilities

• Design and document procurement policy, purchase request process and approval workflow with Finance
• Set up a central register of vendors, contracts, renewal dates and spend by entity/country
• Create standard templates: purchase requests, RFQ, vendor comparisons, purchase orders
• Run sourcing with minimum three quotes where required by policy
• Own technology procurement: laptops, peripherals, software licences, IT equipment
• Manage office supplies and consumables across all offices
• Handle cross-border purchases including import duties, shipping, customs clearance and delivery
• Lead office rent/workspace negotiations with Legal and Finance
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, service levels with vendors
• Track vendor performance and renewal deadlines; prevent auto-renewals
• Maintain asset register of company-owned equipment and device issuance/returns
• Review purchase requests for business need, budget, and correct approvals
• Report monthly spend, savings and open commitments to Head of People & Culture and Finance
• Keep procurement records audit-ready for local tax/accounting requirements
