Responsibilities

• Analyze and document processes, workflows, and schematics with client teams.
• Lead optimization initiatives and evaluate internal or external tools.
• Develop and implement improvement strategies, incl. automation options.
• Create detailed designs, diagrams, and specs for new services/tools.
• Prototype, test, and validate changes against design criteria.
• Measure results, track KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
