ProfitCoach is hiring a hands-on, remote role focused on turning how a property management company operates into reliable software-driven processes. You will design, implement, and optimize workflows, document SOPs, translate them into diagrams with LucidChart, and train clients.

• Excellent English communication with clients.
• Hands-on, client-facing role translating operations into software solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement processes for core property management operations.
• Implement and test workflows within automation software.
• Analyze processes for efficiency and identify automation opportunities.
• Review and optimize against PM Ops Standards.
• Own SOP documentation and create visual diagrams using LucidChart.
• Ensure quality and handle exceptions in the workflow.
• Champion continuous improvement and stay updated on PM tech.
