Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Environmental Specialist who translates regulatory requirements into plans, reports, and insights for North American clients. You will analyze data, manage Excel workbooks, and collaborate with U.S.-based teams to meet deadlines while supporting site-mapping tasks.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and professional English communication, with a permanent WFH setup and ongoing upskilling through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data analysis experience in environmental services or regulatory compliance.
• Advanced Excel and solid Office 365 skills (Word/Outlook/Teams).
• Working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of background, requirements, and applicability of U.S. environmental regulations.
• Request and collect client data for filing regulatory reports.
• Analyze and organize data for environmental regulatory plans and reports.
• Manage Excel spreadsheets and perform accurate data entry.
• Submit data through online reporting systems and explain filing procedures to clients.
• Develop expertise in assigned environmental compliance disciplines.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based compliance practitioners to meet deadlines.
• Support development of facility site maps using Microsoft-based applications.
