Job summary

Emapta Global seeks a Growth Operations Lead to drive AI automation, marketing infrastructure, product analytics, and experimentation for a global software innovator. This remote, full-time role offers international collaboration with global teams and a strong focus on PLG and data-driven growth.

You will own analytics instrumentation, partner with product and marketing, and lead projects from scoping through delivery, with opportunities for growth and learning through Emapta Academy and global

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue operations supporting growth marketing or PLG initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows using Claude or similar LLM tools.
• Strong Snowflake expertise including tables/views, SQL, data transformation.
• Experience with Pendo or comparable product analytics platform for reporting/instrumentation.
• Ability to partner with growth, product, and marketing teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineering, product, marketing stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Lead projects from scoping to delivery with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows for marketing ops.
• Build and query Snowflake data models and pipelines.
• Partner with data engineering to keep marketing data clean and analysis-ready.
• Own product analytics instrumentation and reporting in Pendo (activation, engagement, conversion).
• Define technical requirements with Growth, Product-Led Growth, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Lead technical projects from requirements to rollout with QA and deployment.
• Establish standards for growth ops tools and workflows.
• Instrument tests and build dashboards to support PLG experiments and interpretation.
