Job summary

Captain Jay's is seeking a dedicated project coordinator for a fully remote role. You will track deliverables across internal teams and vendors, chase status updates by outbound calls, and log every update in trackers.

You’ll maintain schedules, run alerts, compile status summaries, and assist with data entry as needed. Requirements include 2+ years coordinating projects, strong data-entry skills, excellent English, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating projects, operations, or administration.
• Outbound calling as a regular duty, not just answering phones.
• Proven multitasking across multiple projects, trackers and deadlines.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Strong spreadsheet skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects moving from start to close and track deliverables.
• Chase status updates via daily outbound calls and log updates.
• Maintain trackers and schedules; run reminders and escalations.
• Prepare status summaries for the team and help with data entry as needed.
