Job summary

Staffing For Doctors seeks an experienced Virtual Practice & Operations Manager to oversee two co-located practices in Troy, Michigan, bridging AthenaOne and Boulevard workflows for seamless scheduling and daily operations.

You will lead remote staff, track KPIs, perform end-of-day scrubbing, and coordinate with external billing and credentialing agencies to ensure efficient, compliant workflows without handling hands-on billing submissions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in healthcare operations management with oversight of financial reporting and A/R processes.
• Hands-on experience using athenaOne to generate/analyze reports and scrub encounters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dual-practice scheduling across athenaOne and Boulevard; balance calendars and minimize cancellations.
• Generate and review clinical, operational, and financial reports in athenaOne; identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Perform end-of-day encounter scrubbing; verify CPT/ICD-10 codes; flag missing documentation before claims.
• Oversee vendor billing and credentialing with external agencies; track denials and credentialing milestones.
• Maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance/timecards, and compile bi-weekly payroll data; deliver executive updates.
