Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing estimating experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and plumbing drawings.
• Experience with BIM coordination and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare accurate plumbing estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents for completeness and consistency.
• Perform detailed takeoffs for fixtures, piping, equipment, fittings, valves, and plumbing materials.
• Develop material and labor estimates based on project scope and pricing.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors, subcontractors, and manufacturers; prepare bid packages.
