Job summary

DOXA Talent is seeking a Project Estimator - Virtual Assistant to support construction estimating and bid preparation. You will review blueprints, perform takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in plumbing or construction estimating, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong Excel/Google Workspace skills. Remote work from the Philippines with coordination across international teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of plumbing or construction estimating experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Workspace and reading construction blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specs to perform accurate takeoffs.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and clarify scope with clients or project managers.
• Calculate project costs using estimating software and spreadsheets.
• Prepare material, labor, and cost estimates based on project requirements.
• Source materials and obtain pricing from vendors and suppliers.
• Submit bids on time and ensure documents meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure bid accuracy and alignment.
