Job summary

Dimension All Group is seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer with 10+ years of plumbing/sanitary design experience and strong Autodesk Revit skills to support US-based projects from the Philippines.

The role focuses on producing detailed plumbing drawings, layouts, riser diagrams and documentation, coordinating with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Plumbing/Sanitary Design.
• Extensive hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit for planning and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and building services.
• Experience preparing construction drawings and documentation.
• Good understanding of plumbing codes and design practices.
• Ability to coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.
• US project experience is a plus, especially US plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plumbing and sanitary design drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, and construction documents.
• Design and coordinate domestic water, sanitary, stormwater, and other systems.
• Review drawings to ensure coordination and compliance with project requirements.
• Perform piping sizing calculations and document designs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare specifications, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support.
