LATAM Plumbing Contractors seeks a Mid-Level Plumbing Estimator / CAD & BIM Specialist to join a U.S.-based contractor. You will handle plumbing takeoffs, estimates, and coordination with AutoCAD shop drawings, BIM models, and RFIs, reporting to the owner and senior team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of estimating experience, strong plumbing knowledge, and hands-on AutoCAD/BIM skills. This remote role follows U.S. Eastern Time hours, with a salary in USD and monthly compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial plumbing estimating experience.
• Strong reading of architectural, plumbing, mechanical, structural drawings.
• Experience with BIM coordination and construction models.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare accurate plumbing estimates and quantity takeoffs.
• Review drawings and bid documents for scope and pricing.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors; prepare bid packages.
• Review RFIs and revisions; support submittals and project documentation.
• Assist with BIM coordination and coordination with other trades.
