Job summary

InTechNative invites applications for a Performance & Digital Marketing Intern. This remote Pan India internship focuses on data-driven growth and hands-on campaigns to drive user acquisition.

You will design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, coordinate influencer partnerships, and analyze metrics to maximize ROI. Ideal candidates hold active Meta Ads and/or Google Ads certifications and are eager to learn in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Must hold active certifications in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Highly analytical yet creative—able to translate data into a marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to hit user acquisition and site footfall targets.
• Identify, pitch, and run campaigns with relevant digital influencers to boost brand awareness.
• Analyze daily campaign metrics to optimize CPA and ROI.
• Provide data-backed briefs and content suggestions to design and video teams.
