vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll Coordinator to support our growing U.S. courier operation.

This part-time, remote role (20 hours per week) will own the driver onboarding paperwork process from start to finish, run weekly payroll, and serve as the go-to contact for driver questions about pay and documents. Accuracy, clear communication, and discretion with sensitive information are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch errors before they become problems.
• Comfortable using DocuSign and managing a busy email inbox.
• Proven discretion when handling sensitive employee and financial information.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet weekly deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send driver onboarding packets and DocuSign envelopes to new hires.
• Track outstanding documents and follow up with drivers so paperwork is completed on time.
• Review completed paperwork to verify accuracy, completeness, and correct signatures.
• Run weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Respond to and resolve driver questions about pay, deductions, and paperwork by email and phone.
• Keep driver records organized and up to date, and flag discrepancies or missing information to management.
• Handle all personal and financial data with strict confidentiality.
