Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding from discovery through go-live. You will own implementation plans, configure Employment Hero / KeyPay, and ensure accurate migration of balances and leave data.

You’ll work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment with a focus on end-to-end delivery, integrations with Tanda/Shiftcare/Deputy, and clear handover to senior specialists. Morning shift, WFH setup supported.

Qualifications

4–5+ years running payroll implementations, ideally multi-client
Experience migrating clients between payroll platforms including opening balance & YTD migration
Proven ability delivering implementations end to end from discovery to handover
Power-user proficiency with Employment Hero / KeyPay; strong Xero Payroll AU knowledge

Responsibilities

Own the implementation plan for each new payroll client, including milestones and go-live date
Run discovery to capture client payroll state (entities, pay cycles, classifications, leave policies)
Configure Employment Hero / KeyPay and Xero Payroll AU and manage migrations
Set up payroll workflows in Visory and hand over with documentation to Senior Payroll Specialist
Integrate payroll data with HRIS, time & attendance platforms and accounting systems
