Qualifications

• 3+ years of US payroll experience with an Associate's degree or equivalent
• Hands-on with Insperity Premier or similar payroll HRIS
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; knowledge of payroll laws

Responsibilities

• Answer payroll and HR questions for employees.
• Manage shared HR email and route inquiries as needed.
• Guide employees to Insperity login for paystubs and W-2s.
• Process payroll for full-time and part-time staff.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile records.
