Job summary

Workstream, a mission-driven HR, payroll, and hiring platform, is seeking a US Payroll Customer Implementation Specialist to join our Manila-based team. You will lead onboarding for small to mid-size clients, ensuring successful adoption of our software in the first 60–90 days.

You’ll need 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS implementations, US payroll exposure, and solid spreadsheet skills. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver value and a smooth

Qualifications

• Customer-facing implementation experience: 3+ years onboarding SaaS clients.
• Payroll experience: US payroll exposure in implementation or active payroll roles.
• Basic spreadsheet/database skills and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the implementation program for small to mid-size clients.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and training to drive software adoption.
• Set expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on progress.
• Handle high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional groups to improve processes and tools.
• Lead kickoff calls daily with new customers and maintain documentation.
• Deliver user training and develop manuals to ensure independent use of features.
• Incorporate feedback to improve onboarding templates and processes.
