Job summary

GoTeam is hiring a Payroll - HR Coordinator for a remote nightshift role (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PHT, Mon–Fri) in the Philippines. You will handle payroll inquiries, process payroll for staff, and maintain accurate HR records.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and attention to detail, with prior US payroll experience preferred and Insperity Premier experience valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US payroll experience with an Associate's degree or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Insperity Premier or similar HRIS/payroll system
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll regulations

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions on eligibility, salaries, benefits, and payroll information
• Manage shared HR email and voicemail inbox and route inquiries
• Guide employees through Insperity login to access paystubs and tax forms
• Process payroll for full-time and part-time staff and ensure accuracy
• Prepare and file payroll records and related documents
• Assist with compliance reporting and payroll audits
