Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in healthcare or BPO/shared services.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping systems, and payroll regulations.
• Experience using payroll software such as ADP, Kronos, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, data review).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll-related tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Review and validate large datasets with strong attention to detail.
• Handle requirement updates and task requests efficiently.
• Maintain and organize payroll documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payroll and billing concerns.
• Monitor timelines and proactively communicate updates or issues.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Support other teams with overflow tasks and projects as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
