MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payrolls for internal staff and contractors. The role involves data accuracy, month-end processing, and annual payroll activities, with collaboration across Finance.

The ideal candidate has strong payroll knowledge, experience with payroll software, and a good grasp of regulatory requirements. Day shift, hybrid work setup, and healthcare benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high level of understanding in the payroll area.
• Conducts payroll analysis and reporting under instruction from senior managers.
• Reviews the payroll function to identify anomalies and trends.
• Demonstrates expertise in the use of payroll software.
• Demonstrates experience in dealing with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll for monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and reconciliations (YTD).
• Ensure pay-runs are prepared with accuracy and all reports are produced.
• Assist in payroll month-end processing and year-end timelines.
• Assist with payroll creditors (PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support, IRD Payments).
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts monthly with Finance.
• Support year-end payroll activities.
• Assist with payroll audits as directed by Payroll Specialist/Group FC.
• Provide backup for Accounts Team including weekly billing and AP processing.
