MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Generalist (Healthcare) to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes for a healthcare-focused team. The role supports compliance, compensation, and HRIS/payroll workflows while maintaining confidentiality in a remote, night-shift setup.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of HR experience with healthcare exposure and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Healthcare background is required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
• Healthcare HR background or recruitment for allied health roles preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong relationship skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, advise and mediate conflicts, drive engagement.
• Oversee performance management and development plans with managers.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policy updates.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, and payroll workflows while handling confidential data.
