Job summary

KAMI Workforce in the Philippines is seeking a PH Payroll Processing Expert to join our payroll team as a Payroll Assistant. You will support payroll operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with local regulations while developing your payroll expertise in a collaborative, fast-growing HR tech environment.

You will manage changes for hires, terminations, and raises, use payroll software and Excel, and stay up-to-date with government contributions and taxes to help our clients succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3 years experience in payroll or accounting.
• Knowledge of government contributions and taxes.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare payslips, remittances, and reports.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Coordinate with HR for hires, terminations, raises, and changes in payroll.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines to maintain compliance.
• Work with the payroll team to improve processes and efficiency.
