Job summary

Rockstar is hiring a full-time Patient Services & Scheduling Virtual Assistant on behalf of a large, high-volume performance therapy practice. This remote role focuses on inbound customer service, managing calls, texts, and chats to support the CSR team in handling volume efficiently.

The ideal candidate communicates quickly and professionally, conducts scheduling calls and patient intakes, and helps maintain patient privacy while using EHR systems like Raintree.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume patient-facing or customer service roles, preferably healthcare.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Able to move through calls quickly while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with scheduling and patient intake workflows.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient phone calls, texts, and chats to manage scheduling.
• Handle scheduling requests and new patient intakes via phone, text, and chat.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders, reschedule as needed.
• Explain insurance benefits where applicable.
• Maintain patient information in the EHR and ensure privacy.
• Coordinate with medical staff on daily schedule updates.
• Respond to patient FAQs and inquiries across channels.
