Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical administrative or front desk roles.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work remotely with HIPAA-compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and emails with professionalism and compassion.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments across provider calendars.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
• Enter intake information into the EMR accurately.
• Coordinate telehealth appointments and patient onboarding.
• Maintain accurate EMR data entry and patient records.
• Respond to patient FAQs and route inquiries to clinical staff.
• Support billing documentation and claims follow-up.
