Job summary

Rockstar Global Careers is seeking a full-time Patient Services & Scheduling Virtual Assistant to handle inbound patient communication, scheduling, and intake across phone, text, and chat. This remote role supports a high-volume practice and requires fast, confident communication to keep the CSR team efficient.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, with strong English communication, scheduling experience, and familiarity with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume patient-facing or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Confident, clear, and efficient communicator who can move through calls quickly.
• Comfortable managing multiple channels: phone, text, and chat.
• Experience with scheduling and patient intake workflows.
• Familiarity with Raintree or similar EHR systems is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient phone calls; support ~800–1,000 calls per week.
• Handle scheduling requests and new patient intakes via phone, text, and chat.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders; manage rescheduling promptly.
• Respond to patient FAQs and inquiries via phone, text, and chat.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients when applicable; protect privacy.
