Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries via email and live calls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the EHR system.
• Support intake, rescheduling, and administrative follow-ups as needed.
• Ensure all communications and documentation comply with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards
• Maintain organized internal documentation and notes using tools such as Notion and Google Workspace
• Assist with internal reporting and data tracking to support operational visibility.
