Globaltize is seeking a remote Patient Coordinator to manage end-to-end patient engagement for a health and wellness clinic. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups without providing medical advice, collaborating with clinic leadership to deliver high-touch care via CRM systems.

Your role involves swift response to leads, managing confirmations, re-engagements, and proactive outreach to maintain a healthy patient lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear pronunciation for health-related terms.
• Experience in sales support, appointment setting or patient coordination.
• Experience operating in structured CRM workflows and defined pipelines.
• Professional phone manner with calm, helpful patient service.
• Private, quiet home office suitable for confidential discussions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email to convert to bookings.
• Manage appointment confirmations and re-engage no-shows.
• Run multi-touch outreach to reactivate dormant leads and older inquiries.
• Own patient follow-up pipelines until enrollment, rebooking, or closure.
• Request and log patient reviews and referrals at satisfaction moments.
• Daily outbound prospecting to generate new appointment interest.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with updated contact stages and tasks.
