SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a Patient Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to be the first contact for new and prospective patients. This remote role focuses on handling inbound/outbound calls, collecting demographics and insurance information, verifying coverage, and scheduling evaluations and follow-ups with accuracy and care.

The position requires excellent English communication, strong multitasking ability, and meticulous data entry.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare administration coursework is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls from new patients and respond to inquiries about services and appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls to new patient leads and follow up on online bookings for missing information.
• Collect complete patient demographics and insurance details with accuracy.
• Verify insurance cards and acceptance before scheduling.
• Coordinate with insurance verification to schedule based on coverage.
• Collaborate with PTs to follow up on scheduling needs.
• Schedule evaluations and follow-ups 4–6 weeks in advance.
• Maintain patient charts with high accuracy and meticulous documentation.
• Track patient status to prevent missed follow-ups or lost leads.
