Overview

Are you a skilled Patient Coordinator with experience managing patient lifecycles and CRM pipelines?

We are partnering with a health and wellness clinic seeking a remote Patient Coordinator to manage end-to-end patient engagement activities. In this role, you will handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups without providing medical advice. You will collaborate with clinic leadership to deliver high-touch patient care using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to incoming patient leads via telephone, text, and email to convert inquiries into booked mapping appointments.
• Manage appointment confirmation cadences and immediately re-engage patients to recover no-shows.
• Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns to reactivate dormant leads, lapsed patients, and older inquiries.
• Own patient follow-up pipelines until each lead is fully enrolled, rebooked, or formally closed out.
• Proactively request and log patient reviews, testimonials, and referrals during key moments of patient satisfaction.
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting within target groups and communities to generate fresh appointment interest.
• Maintain meticulous CRM pipeline hygiene by continuously updating contact stages, lead sources, and scheduled tasks.

Must-Have Requirements

• Fluent, effortless spoken English skills, including correct pronunciation of health and wellness terms.
• Proven experience in sales support, appointment setting, patient coordination, or high-volume call environments.
• Demonstrated experience operating inside structured CRM workflows, task management systems, and defined pipeline stages.
• Strong phone presence with an unhurried, warm, and professional patient-service demeanor.
• Access to a private, quiet home office environment suitable for confidential patient discussions.
• Ability to work Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Arizona time.

Nice-to-Have Requirements
