Job summary

LevelUp is a specialist outsourcing agency seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support global marketing strategies. You will translate campaign briefs into live, tracked programs and manage regional website updates, email programs, UTM tracking, and Salesforce automations.

You will work between the global strategy team and regional teams, serving as the primary Martech contact, handling tool access, and coordinating platform requests for ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Webflow.

Qualifications

2–3 years hands-on experience in Marketing Operations or Martech roles.
Salesforce workflows, automations, and dashboards experience.
Webflow or CMS page updates experience.
Experience with UTM parameter setup and URL structuring.
Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar data tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Willingness to support PH night shift.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: deploy regional campaigns end-to-end with landing pages, emails, UTMs and post-campaign reporting.
Global Alignment: coordinate with regional Growth Leads and Corporate Marketing Operations.
Event Support: enable demand generation programs, events, and webinars for designated regions.
Martech Management: primary regional contact for Martech questions, tool access, and user requests.
Platform Triaging: route platform-specific requests to owners (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, website updates).
User & Seat Admin: manage seat allocations, user access, and tool usage reporting.
Website Operations: handle regional website updates on Webflow and Salesforce.
Salesforce Automations & Reporting: build flows, automations, and dashboards to track leads and program performance.
