Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a People Operations Associate to support HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding and office administration. The role emphasizes a people‑oriented mindset and close collaboration with HR and Operations to ensure a smooth employee experience from day one.

You will manage pre‑employment processes, new hire orientation, IT access, records maintenance, and engagement activities, while coordinating with onsite staff and vendors in a growing global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR administration or People Operations.
• Experience in staffing or outsourcing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for orientations and trainings.
• Willingness to work onsite daily.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding communications.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation on culture, policies, benefits, and processes.
• Coordinate with Operations and IT to ensure accounts, equipment, and access before start date.
• Ensure smooth handover between teams and keep new hires informed through onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and coordinate HR updates including HMO enrollment.
• Coordinate offboarding requirements and exit processes.
• Coordinate attendance, compliance, KPIs, and operational updates.
• Maintain data in HR systems (e.g., Odoo).
• Respond to inquiries and assist with HR documentation.
• Provide onsite administrative support and procurement for office activities.
