Qualifications

• Experience in US bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting.
• Hands-on QuickBooks and payroll familiarity.
• Ability to manage multi-entity books and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date books for holding and acquired businesses.
• Record transactions, journal entries, and GL.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage AP/AR activities.
• Close month-end and prepare financial statements.
• Support payroll setup using Gusto or similar platforms.
• Work across QuickBooks and Quicken systems.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer calls with owners.
