Job summary

Boomering inc in the Philippines is seeking a Paralegal/Conveyancing Assistant to support an Australian conveyancing practice. The role is work-from-home with a 6:30 am–3:00 pm PH time schedule, handling file management from instruction to settlement and liaising with clients, lenders, and authorities.

You must have at least 3 years in Australian conveyancing, strong knowledge of Victorian processes, and be proficient in LEAP, PEXA, and related property systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian conveyancing or property law practice.
• Experience managing Victorian conveyancing matters is highly regarded.
• Strong working knowledge of LEAP Legal Software.

Responsibilities

• File management from instruction through settlement, monitoring dates and deadlines.
• Open and establish matters in LEAP; conduct conflict checks and organize file structures.
• Prepare transfer documents, duties online transactions, and settlement statements.
• Maintain client communications and provide exceptional service throughout conveyancing processes.
• Support with settlements and post-settlement documentation.
