Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands‑on paid media experience.
• Experience managing campaigns with significant monthly ad spend.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with audience segmentation and funnel‑based strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of attribution models and pixel/tracking setup.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable internet and a quiet professional environment for client calls.
• Availability to work US time zones.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Develop audience targeting strategies including lookalike and retargeting.
• Allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and meet KPIs.
• Test ad creatives and landing pages through structured A/B testing.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize bids and budgets.
• Analyze performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to iterate assets.
• Stay current with platform updates and industry trends.
• Ensure pixel and tracking implementation for attribution.
• Contribute to strategy and media planning for new clients.
