Job summary

RedPandas is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a remote Paid Media Specialist to manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. You’ll translate briefs into campaign setup, write ad copy, brief creatives, test audiences, and continuously optimise for performance.

You’ll partner with Account Managers and surface actionable insights through Looker Studio reports to drive client results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta and Google Ads.
• Agency background required; in-house only experience is not suitable.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and optimizing campaigns with audience testing and keyword research.
• Ability to translate client briefs into campaign setups, messaging, and landing page direction.
• Strong data-reading skills to inform optimization decisions.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple accounts.
• Attention to detail in copy, targeting, budgets, and reporting.
• Clear communicator contributing to internal discussions.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager fundamentals.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube Ads.
• Exposure to landing page design feedback.
• Familiarity with campaign creative/media production processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Meta and Google Ads operations across client campaigns.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, including copy and creative briefing.
• Translate client briefs with Account Managers into campaigns and landing pages.
• Run paid media across multiple clients, aligning with business goals.
• Conduct discovery and competitor research for planning.
• Update Looker Studio reports with performance data.
• Segment data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Participate in daily huddles and collaborate on strategy.
