Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking a Paid Marketer to support our paid efforts across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. You will manage budgets, monitor performance, and craft compelling ad copy designed to maximize ROI.

Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI, and run A/B tests to refine targeting and landing pages. We welcome candidates from the Philippines or Latin America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a paid marketing role.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok paid advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET).
• Competitive USD pay and stipends for health, education, and WFH.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid campaigns that align with business goals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI).
• Craft compelling ad copy to drive clicks and conversions.
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
