Job summary

Lago is seeking a hands-on PPC Strategist to manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end from a remote setup for our global client base. You will build, optimize, and report on performance across search, display, and performance campaigns, focusing on CTR, CPC, and conversions with daily Google Ads work.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of paid search experience, strong analytics, English communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization.
• Experience with search term analysis and negative keyword strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Build & Setup: Build and launch search, display, and performance campaigns.
• Optimization & Performance Management: Conduct ongoing optimizations, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Search Term & Negative Management: Analyze search terms, add negatives, refine targeting.
• Reporting & Insights Support: Support performance reporting and flag anomalies.
