Job summary

Social Discovery Group, a globally distributed company, is seeking a Lead PPC Specialist to own the Paid Search strategy across products and markets. You will lead a cross-functional team to optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, aiming at scalable growth and value-based bidding.

You will partner with Analytics, Engineering, and Product to implement conversion value strategies, run rigorous experiments, and drive international campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising across global accounts.
• Advanced skills in Smart Bidding and conversion value optimization.
• Strong understanding of pLTV, attribution, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Paid Search strategy for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Lead, coach and develop the Paid Search team; set objectives and onboarding.
• Manage budget allocation, forecasting and performance across geographies and funnels.
• Design scalable campaign structures including RSA, DSA, and Performance Max.
• Drive pLTV-based conversions and signal quality with Analytics and Engineering.
• Lead experiments using Google Ads Experiments and A/B tests.
• Oversee conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, and offline conversions.
• Analyze demand, CPC/ROAS, and attribution to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Product, CRO and Localization for international campaigns.
