Job summary

GAIN is a creative-led, insight-driven company blending data, tech and creativity. We are looking for a Paid Media Consultant based in the Philippines to manage Google Ads campaigns and potentially support other platforms.

This independent contractor role involves 15–20 client accounts, training, and opportunities to grow within a high-performing remote team. You will execute campaigns, optimise performance, report results, and contribute to broader strategy as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets; training provided.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor ad budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting on campaign results.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
• Collaborate with Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on strategy.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Share proactive insights and best practices across the team.
• Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and learning new platforms.
