Expedock is seeking a reliable LTL/FTL Operations Support Specialist to oversee overnight transportation operations for a US-based client, ensuring data accuracy across TMS and portals. You will monitor shipments, upload PODs, address issues, and maintain records with accuracy.

The role requires working across multiple systems, strong written communication, and the ability to hand off smoothly to the day team, with potential weekend training duties as volumes rise.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics, freight operations, or related support.
• Familiar with a transportation management system; Sunnybrook is a plus.
• Excellent written English for shipment updates and handoffs.
• Able to navigate multiple systems including TMS and portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general admin tasks.
• Demonstrated reliability and night shift availability.

Responsabilités

• Monitor shipments and update ETAs and arrivals in TMS and portals.
• Upload POD documents to shipments across the systems.
• Handle overnight issues with clear handoffs to the day team.
• Maintain accurate shipment records across multiple systems.
• Support weekend coverage training for new team members when needed.
