Overseas is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to provide admin and data-entry support for the accounting team. You will triage the shared inbox, handle AP/AR data entry, maintain vendor records, and assist with day-to-day accounting admin tasks.

This is a fill-in role with strong potential for a long-term position. Ideal candidates have meticulous attention to detail, strong written English, and the ability to work independently once trained.

Qualifications

• Zero-error standard on data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to manage inbox and correspondence professionally.
• Experience in accounting support or admin finance role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the shared accounting inbox daily.
• Enter and maintain AP/AR records with correct coding and dates.
• Maintain and update vendor records; perform reconciliations.
